ShiftCal can scale a monthly calendar to fit within the user-defined printable region of nearly any page size supported by the printer.

To allow messages/events to display (and print), make sure that Settings | Center Date is not checked, and that Settings | Show Messages is checked.

"Monthly" is the default tab in the Print Options dialog.

Use the File | Page Setup option to set page orientation and printer margins.
