Most support issues can be handled by email: describe the program behavior, attach a copy of your shiftcal.ini to your email, and send it to support@shiftcal.com.
If you would prefer to speak by telephone, please understand that, in order to control overhead, we do not have an office staff. Although we can respond to emails while travelling, it may take multiple email exchanges to coordinate a time for a telephone conference.
Problem: if I change the device orientation while holding down the "Next" or "Prev" button, the date continues to advance after I release the button.
Workaround: This is a known bug in the "repeat" handler. Tap the key you were holding to stop auto-repeat.
Problem: I get malformed letters in the month name when radpily scrolling through dates.
Workaround: This bug appeared with the release of iOS 7; if you see this artifact please ensure that you are running the latest version of iOS.
